Netflix Features Boy Dancing in Tutu for His Two Dads in 'CoComelon Lane'
Alerting all parents! Many have found the animated program CoComelon Lane to be a clean show; 1MM has recently found this to no longer be true. In episode 8 of CoComelon Lane, Netflix featured two dads singing “Just Be You” as they proudly watch a young boy (“their” son) dance while wearing a tiara and tutu.
This should not come as a surprise since Netflix is known to have questionable content at times. However, parents should still be forewarned, as many may have considered CoComelon Lane family-friendly because it is a cartoon created for children – particularly for preschoolers, and even for toddlers.
Evidently, the use of gender-fluid and non-binary characters in children’s programs is the next step in normalizing a culture that dissociates a person’s biological gender from their “gender identity.”
Yet DNA proves a female is female and a male is male. There is no gray area here and no such thing as “gender fluid.” Confusing young viewers and child cast members with gender dysphoria is destructive. Netflix is glorifying gender dysphoria, also known as gender identity disorder.
For clarification, Merriam-Webster.com describes gender dysphoria as “a distressed state arising from conflict between a person’s gender identity and the sex the person was identified as having at birth.”
Controversial topics and lifestyle choices should be left up to the parents to discuss, and Netflix should not introduce this to young children. Just because an issue may be legal or because some are choosing a lifestyle doesn’t make it morally correct. Netflix should stick to entertaining and providing family-friendly programming when it comes to children, primarily preschoolers, instead of pushing a liberal agenda.
Families will not be able to allow Netflix in their homes if the streaming platform continues to veer away from family-friendly entertainment.

Please sign our petition and let Netflix know their decision to engage in promotion of the LGBTQ agenda is a terrible idea, especially considering their animated show CoComelon Lane is promoting gender dysphoria in kids and purposefully confusing children. Let’s urge Netflix to stop inappropriate programming for children and cancel episode 8 immediately.
