'Single Parents' Cuss While Hugging Child

'Single Parents' Cuss While Hugging Child

The irresponsible program "Single Parents" is far from family-friendly, and with a TV-PG L rating, you can be assured this will not be for family viewing. This irresponsible and tasteless program is inappropriate for any age, but unfortunately, the age of the primary cast members may attract young viewers. “Single Parents” airs on ABC on Wednesday evenings at 9:30 p.m./8:30 p.m. CT.

Offensive content in the program include sexual innuendos and suggestive dialogue between parents in front of their children.

The victims of this outrageous show are the young cast members, not to mention any children who view the program. The sexualization and moral corruption of these children is child exploitation at its worst. No child should be subjected to this vulgar content.

TAKE ACTION

Please use the information we have provided on our website to contact Clorox and ask that they pull their financial support from “Single Parents” before this week’s episode.

Urge advertisers to place the program on their "do not advertise" list in protest of the attempt to desensitize America and our children by promoting inappropriate behavior.

As a parent and a member of OneMillionMoms.com, I am greatly disappointed in The Clorox Company's decision to sponsor ABC’s "Single Parents." Offensive content in the program include sexual innuendos and suggestive dialogue between parents in front of their children.

“Single Parents” is twisted and warped entertainment that I am sure you do not want your company associated with. The victims of this outrageous program are the young cast members, not to mention any child who views the show. The sexualization and moral corruption of these children is child exploitation at its worst. No child should be subjected to this vulgar content.

While your company is a household name, I do not agree with your financial backing of this program. I certainly hope your company's financial support of this type of television programming with advertising dollars is simply an oversight.

As a consumer, I am asking you to please pull your sponsorship before this week’s episode. My decision to support Clorox depends on it.

I look forward to hearing from you regarding my concern.
